1. What's the minimum order quantity to access wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices start at a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 per product type, with no minimum per SKU. We can offer lower volume pricing at 200 and 500 units.

2. Is shipping included in the wholesale price?
Yes, shipping is included in the product price and is FOB-Delivered to ensure that you only pay for the quantity and quality you receive. We only use the major couriers worldwide like FedEx, DHL and UPS.

3. Where can you deliver bulk orders?
We deliver to most locations all over the world as long as it's covered by any one of the major couriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

4. What are the payment details for wholesale orders?
Once the products are ready to ship, we will invoice the full amount via PayPal. The PayPal Buyer Protection program ensures that you get what you pay for. You can get a full-refund if your order is not significantly as described or does not arrive at your doorstep. We will ship once we receive the payment using the PayPal address you have in your PayPal account (as that is the address covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection).

5. Can I get a free sample?
Yes, you can. You can check out any item of the same product type and indicate the order number in the Bulk Order Form. We will then deduct the cost of the item from the bulk order invoice.

6.How do I make a bulk order?
First you have to choose the SKU's that you would like to order. The items displayed in KissTies.com are bestsellers. For instance from over a thousand necktie SKU's that we have manufactured, only about 300 with proven market traction year after year are still carried. We also do considerable market trials and research - with the item marked "new release" - before we manufacture in large volumes. With your selection, you can now go to the Wholesale page and fill the Request for Quotation (RFQ) on it.

REBRAND (PRIVATE LABEL)

1. What's the minimum order quantity to get items tagged with our label?
We private-label ties, bow ties and pocket squares. The minimum order for private-labelling or rebranding is 50 per product type size. For instance, if you'd like to private label the skinny-width, standard-length black Paisley tie, the minimum order is 50. Lower unit prices can be had at orders of 200 and 500 pieces per product type size. You will either have to supply us with your label or the image for our Art Department to make the production ready artwork from.

2. Is shipping included in the price for private label orders?
Yes, shipping is included and is FOB-Delivered to ensure that you only pay for the quantity and quality you receive. We only use the major couriers worldwide like FedEx, DHL and UPS.

3. Where can you deliver private label orders?
We deliver to most locations all over the world as long as it's covered by any one of the major couriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

4. What are the payment terms for private label orders?
50% downpayment upon ordering via PayPal. The PayPal Buyer Protection program ensures that you get what you pay for. Once your label is ready, depending on your discretion we will either send images or an actual sample. When the items are ready to ship, we will send images and invoice the balance by PayPal. It's Buyer Protection Program allows you to get a full-refund if your order is not significantly as described or does not arrive at your doorstep. We will ship once we receive the payment using the PayPal address you have in your PayPal account (as that is the address covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection).

For instance, if you would like to have a skinny-width, standard-length tie customized with it's design and material, the minimum order is 6. Lower unit prices can be had at orders of 50, 200 and 500 pieces per product type size.

2. Is shipping included in the price for custom orders?
Yes, shipping is included and is FOB-Delivered to ensure that you only pay for the quantity and quality you receive. We only use the major couriers worldwide like FedEx, DHL and UPS.

3. Where can you deliver custom orders?

We will then produce a prototype and will send you an image or the actual prototype once ready. With your approval of the prototype, we will go into mass production. When the items are ready for shipping, we will invoice the balance and send images of the finished products. 6. How do I make a custom product order?
You have to specifiy every aspect of a custom order, so we have a form to guide you through every aspect of the cloth, the tailoring and the branding. Here's what we can customize:

a. The Cloth
The material could be silk or microfiber. For Satin, solid color can be specified with a cloth sample. Satin can be bouillon-embroidered with a design. It can be one of the popular jacquard-woven patterns - Paisley, Checkered, Plaid, Striped, Polka Dot, or Floral. It can even be from a drawing on paper.

b. The Tailoring
Size can be tailored of course. Elements of quality workmanship like the bar tack or the keeper-loop in ties can be had. The thickness of lining too, or no lining at all in a 7-fold tie which is considered the pinnacle of luxury neckwear. Substance and weight is luxuriously achieved by folding the tie material 7 times.
For bow ties, we have self-tie or pre-tied ones.

c. The Branding
The label can be customized to carry your brand. So is the tipping - the piece of cloth at the back of the wide end of a tie - can be jacquard-woven or bouillon-embroidered to incorporate your brand or custom text. MOQ to customize tipping is 50.

PERSONALIZED WEDDING MOTIF COLOR

1. Can I order ties, bow ties or pocket squares customized to our wedding motif?
Yes, you can. While we have available solid-color satin ties, bow ties and pocket squares, if none match your wedding motif colors we can customize the color for you.
