• Delivery: 7-14 business days
• Shipping Fee: $5.95 for orders below $59.95. Free for orders above $59.95
• RUSH shipping within USA
• Delivery: 3-7 Business days
• Shipping Fee: $9.95 for any amount of orders
• STANDARD shipping outside USA
• Delivery : 7-21 business days
• Shipping Fee: $5.95 for orders below $59.95. Free for orders above $59.95
• RUSH shipping outside USA
• Delivery:  7-14 Business days
• Shipping Fee: $9.95 for any amount of orders

These fees cover applicable tariffs and taxes for your delivery address. All orders are dispatched by the next business day, especially with your confirmation email. We ship to most countries in the world which are listed on the checkout page. If you do not see your country, please contact us and we will try to find a way to ship to your delivery address.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This would contain your tracking number(s) and the tracking website of the courier used. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. Damages

In case of product damage or loss during shipping, we will cover the loss and resend the items. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and message us to process a replacement.
