SHIPPING POLICY 

When my order will be shipped?

All orders are dispatched by the next business day. Once your order has been shipped we'll send you an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.

 

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we are seeing disruptions to some postal services, as there are strict corona measures in place, so please be aware that your order might therefore take longer to arrive.

 

SHIP METHODS

Free shipping on orders of $59.95 or more. $5.95 for domestic orders and $9.95 for international with orders under $59.95 and, $9.95 for expedited shipping. 

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

  • Economy - Delivery in 4 to 7 Business Days via UPS or DHL eCommerce
  • Ground - Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days via UPS

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy.

We ship to most countries in the world which are listed in the checkout page. If you do not see your country, please contact us and we will try to find a way to ship to your delivery address.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment Confirmation 

You will receive the shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

Parcel Carrier

UPS, FedEx or DHL delivers shipments within the USA, depending on location and availability. 

 

Shipment Tracking

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email or by logging in to your account on kissties.com.

 

Change or cancel shipment

You can change or cancel shipment within 24 hours of your order being placed. After 24 hours has passed, your order is processed in the warehouse and can no longer be changed, cancelled or recalled.

Postal forwarders

We are able to work with postal forwarders. Customer is responsible for arranging shipment with the postal forwarder and covering all applicable fees, duties etc.

 

Change shipping address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed 24 hours after the order has been placed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service.
